Project Summary
Pelican Pass is located on Massalina Bayou in downtown Panama City, FL and is Panama City’s first condominium development in 15 years. In the late 1800s and early 1900s, Massalina Bayou was the town’s only bayou. Today, the most prominent structure on the north shore of Massalina Bayou is Bayou Joe’s Marina and Grill. This area and this development truly exemplifies Old Florida.
