Larry Walsh
Founder: Larry Walsh is a real estate developer that manages all aspects of raising capital, land acquisitions, architectural design, construction, marketing and sales.
With over 40 years of experience, Larry Walsh brings a unique perspective to real estate development. Larry has developed properties in Texas, Louisiana and Florida. Developments range from single family homes to multifamily townhomes, condominiums, and shopping complexes where he manages all aspects of raising capital, land acquisition, architectural design, construction, marketing and sales. In total, Larry has developed and built over $1.75 billion worth of real estate in his career. Larry sold his construction company in 2021 to focus on real estate development.
In addition to real estate development, Larry has more than 10 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry as a licensed Lender in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. During this time, Larry served as a board member for a bank in Louisiana.
Larry received his Bachelor Degree in Business from Louisiana State University and served in the Marine Corps for six years.
Linda Walsh
Founder: Linda Walsh strives to create a better future through real estate development for communities and the people that live within them.
Linda is the force behind the vision, applying her attention to detail and management skills, driving the strategic direction of Walsh Development Group.
Linda cultivates investor relationships for individual properties and identifies new opportunities through site due diligence and property acquisitions.
In addition to real estate development, Linda has her Doctor of Pharmacy degree and has served the Walton County community as a practicing pharmacist since 2017. Linda is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Meriwether County, Georgia Historical Society.


Leslie Welsch
Senior Project Manager: Leslie Welsch is responsible for successful coordination and completion of due diligence, proposals, design process and permitting.
Since 2015, Leslie has worked as a Project Manager in residential and commercial construction.
Prior to the construction industry, Leslie was in the banking industry holding multiple positions in her career such as a Vice President/Branch Manager and Training Coordinator.
Leslie graduated from Troy State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management.
