Larry Walsh is a seasoned real estate developer with over 40 years of experience leading projects across Texas, Louisiana, and Florida.
He has successfully developed more than $1.75 billion in real estate, including single-family subdivisions, multifamily communities, condominiums, and retail centers. Larry oversees all aspects of the development process—from raising capital and land acquisition to design, construction, marketing, and sales.
Before focusing exclusively on development, Larry owned and operated a successful construction company, which he sold in 2021. He also brings over a decade of banking and mortgage experience as a licensed lender in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, and previously served as a board member for a Louisiana-based bank. Larry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Louisiana State University and proudly served six years in the United States Marine Corps.
